Appointments
Please book your appointment well in advance if a particular day or time is important to you. An answer phone may take your message and it may not be possible to ring you back until the evening.
Cancellations
If you have a cold, please do not come for your treatment, ring up and cancel it until you are well again. If you do have to cancel an appointment, it would be really helpful if you could give as much notice as possible so that your appointment can be offered to someone else. Regrettably, cancellation charges may apply if less than 24 hours notice is given.
Discounts are offered if you embark on a series of treatments in a specified time scale, paid at the start. Please ask for more details. Courses of treatments are subject to availability of appointments.
Gift Vouchers
If you enjoyed your treatment, why not treat your friends to a gift voucher for treatments or products.
Retail Products are a great way to maintain the benefits you have experienced from your professional facial or body treatment. If you need advice about which products to purchase, please make sure you ask for help. |
